Brief Summary of Copyright Policy
Following is a brief summary of copyright policy of Edorium Journals.
Edorium Journals follows an Open Access publication policy. All articles are published and distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
Authors retain the copyright of their work for all articles published in any journal by Edorium Journals.
All work submitted to Edorium Journals implies that it presents original, unpublished work of authors, which has not been published previously, has not been accepted for publication elsewhere and is not under consideration for publication by any publisher in any print or electronic media.
Corresponding Author on behalf of all authors of the manuscript will be required to sign and submit a completed Author Agreement Form.
The Author Agreement Form includes the following sections.
Section – I: Integrity and originality of manuscript
Section – II: Open access agreement
Section – III: Rights of authors and publishers
Section – IV: Authorship criteria
Section – V: Permission to reproduce published material
Section – VI: Patient’s consent to publish
Section – VII: Conflict of interest
If any information is included in the manuscript which can potentially identify the patient(s) like photograph, name or address, the authors must submit a signed consent from the patient in which the patient has given permission to include such identifying information in the manuscript.
It is the author’s responsibility to obtain signed permission from the copyright holder to use and reproduce text, illustrations, tables, etc., published previously in other journals, electronic or print media. Submit the signed permission letter at the time of submitting the Author Agreement Form.
The corresponding author of a manuscript submitted to Edorium Journals must inform the respective journal through the Author Agreement Form, of any conflict of interest like any commercial associations or financial interests held by the authors or their immediate members. Authors are required to disclose any sponsorship or funding received from any institution relating to their research. The corresponding author is responsible for collecting Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure information from each co-author. Conflict of interest statements will be published at the end of the article. If no conflict of interest exists the following sentence will be used: ‘The authors declare no conflict of interest.’ The Editor(s) will determine what disclosures, if any, should be available to the readers.
Open Access Copyright and License Agreement
All articles published in Edorium Journals are open-access articles, published and distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License, which permits reproduction, distribution, derives and commercial use, provided the original work is properly cited and authors and publisher are properly identified.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT
By submitting your research article(s), you agree that:
Anyone is free to:
a. reproduce and Share the Licensed Material, in whole or in part; and
b. produce, reproduce, and Share Adapted Material.
Under the following conditions: Attribution
If You Share the Licensed Material (including in modified form), You must:
- a. retain the following if it is supplied by the Licensor with the Licensed Material:
- i. identification of the creator(s) of the Licensed Material and any others designated to receive attribution, in any reasonable manner requested by the Licensor (including by pseudonym if designated);
- ii. a copyright notice;
- iii. a notice that refers to this Public License;
- iv. a notice that refers to the disclaimer of warranties;
- v. a URI or hyperlink to the Licensed Material to the extent reasonably practicable;
- b. indicate if You modified the Licensed Material and retain an indication of any previous modifications; and
- c. indicate the Licensed Material is licensed under this Public License, and include the text of, or the URI or hyperlink to, this Public License.
